Foreign participants require a visa in order to visit the Russian Federation. The visa processing depends on your citizenship and country of residence.
Three types of visa are available for participants:
1. Tourist Visa for participants from all countries
Participants from all countries who have booked the Official Conference Hotel Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya will receive free of charge Visa Support Documents (Voucher and Hotel Confirmation) for applying for a Tourist Visa at the Russian Consulate in the country of the participant’s residence.
How to obtain Visa Support Documents:
- Book a room in the Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel;
- Fill in the Tourist Visa Application Form and send it by e-mail, along with a scanned copy of the passport main page, to ekaterina.ignasheva@rezidorparkinn.com no later than 11 June 2016;
- Support Documents for the Tourist Visa will be sent by the Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel to the participant by e-mail.
Please be informed that: Russian Consulates in Asia, Africa, Japan, Mexico and South America may request the Originals of Visa Support Documents.
In case the original documents are required, the courier delivery should be paid by the participant.
2. Business Visa for EU participants
Residents of the EU member states may be provided with an Official Invitation from the Conference Secretariat for Business Visa applying at the Russian Consulate in the country of the participant’s residence. An Official Invitation is issued within 3 days.
The price is 25 USD
How to obtain the Official Invitation:
- Book a room in the Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel;
- Fill in the Business Visa Application Form and send it by e-mail along with a scanned copy of the passport main page to the Conference Secretariat at secr@oats2016.org no later than 11 June 2016;
- Pay for the Official Invitation on the basis of the invoice issued by the Conference Secretariat;
- After the payment, the Conference Secretariat will send the Official Invitation to the participant by e-mail.
In case the original documents are required, the courier delivery should be paid by the participant.
3. Business Visa for non-EU participants
Non-residents of the EU member states may be provided with an Official Business Visa Invitation from UFMS (Federal Migration Service of Russia in St. Petersburg) which is arranged via the Conference Secretariat. The invitation letter for Business Visa application is issued within 30 days.
Only the original Business invitation is accepted by Russian Consulates. The courier delivery should be paid by the participant.
The price is 100 USD + delivery service
- Book a room in hotel Park Inn Pulkovskaya;
- Fill in the Official Business Visa Application Form and send it by e-mail, along with a scanned copy of the passport main page, to the Conference Secretariat at secr@oats2016.org no later than 11 May 2016;
- Pay for the Official Business Visa Invitation on the basis of the invoice issued by the Conference Secretariat;
- After the payment, the Conference Secretariat will file the appropriate documents with UFMS;
- In 30 days, the Conference Secretariat will send the original Official Business Visa Invitation to the participant via a courier company.

Please enquire at the Russian Consulate in the country of your residence which type of visa is appropriate for you and which documents are required.
